Notice of Contractors
Bids will be received by the Building Committee of Friendship Lodge, No. 150, I.O.O.F., for the erection of a one-story brick or stone building, 28x60 feet, in Middletown, Lake Co., Cal. Plans and specifications are on file with H. Koopman, Chairman of Committee.
The contract will be let to the lowest responsible bidder. Bids will be received until noon, Saturday, Aug. 20th, 1898.
The successful bidder will be required to have a good and suffici1898ent bond in the amount of his bid, for successful completion of his contract.
